FAQs Crown Pavilions

Our garden rooms are fully insulated and perfect for year-round use. As with residential grade houses, walls are 190mm thick constructed with traditional stud work and OSB boarding with premium grade 90mm insulation for walls, floor and ceiling. Windows and doors are double glazed and argon gas filled, delivering premium insulation properties.

As standard our gazebos come with marine grade zips that join the blinds together, resulting in protection that is like having a fixed wall around you. Window blinds are made from marine grade UPVC so you can use your building all year round. A huge variety of heating options are available too.
We certainly can. We regularly create fully bespoke designs to suits client’s needs or can adapt any of our standard designs to match your vision. Book a FREE design consultation with our expert designers now.

Crown garden buildings are fully guaranteed against timber decay or compromise of structural integrity, gazebos for up to 30 years and garden rooms up to 20 years, for your complete peace of mind.
Not usually. All our garden rooms and gazebos are designed to fall within permitted development and erected in situ in just a few days or weeks.
